§ 80-7 Prohibited acts; exceptions.

The possession or drinking of alcoholic beverages on the Derby Green shall be prohibited, except that this section shall not apply to public events held thereon when permission has been given by the Board of Aldermen.

§ 80-8 Penalties for offenses.

Any person who violates this article shall be fined $99 for each such offense.
