Pursuant to Article II of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (53 P.S. § 10201 et seq.), there is hereby created a Planning Commission for the Township of Penn. Said Commission shall consist of members appointed by the Board of Commissioners in accordance with law,[1] who shall serve for terms of three years each.

Editor’s Note: Ordinance No. 914 provided that the membership of the Planning Commission, as well as any alternate members, shall be determined by resolution.
The Planning Commission shall have and exercise all the powers and duties vested in it by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code[1] and township ordinances.[2]
