The following documents shall be submitted when
making minor subdivision applications: two completed application forms
and eight black-on-white prints of the plat, and any other information
required hereunder. The plat of a minor subdivision shall be drawn
by a surveyor licensed in the State of New Jersey and shall show or
be accompanied by the following information:
A. A key map showing the location of the tract to be
subdivided and its relationship to surrounding areas and existing
street intersections.
B. The location of the tract to be subdivided in relation
to any larger tract of which it is a part.
C. Names and addresses of owner and subdivider; names
of the owners of all contiguous land as shown by the most recent municipal
tax records; and the name of the person who prepared the plat.
D. All existing streets and streams within 200 feet of
the proposed subdivision.
E. The location, size and use of existing structures
and the boundaries and the nature of wooded areas and extensive rock
formations within the proposed subdivision.
F. The layout of the proposed subdivision, indicating
the bearing of all lot lines.
G. Sufficient elevations or contours to determine the
general shape and natural drainage of the land.
H. Zoning boundaries within 100 feet of the proposed
subdivision.
I. The tax map sheet, block and lot numbers. Lot numbers
of lots to be created shall be supplied by the Tax Assessor.
J. Date, North point and scale.
K. A statement from the Tax Collector that no taxes or
assessments for local improvements are due or delinquent.
