GENERAL REFERENCES
Waterfront consistency review — See Ch. 118.
The Town dock property referred to in the deed dated May 19, 1958, recorded
in the Dutchess County Clerk's office in Liber 989 at page 393 shall
be closed to the general public and to all vehicles between the hours of 10:30
p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily.
Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed a violation as defined
in the Penal Law of the State of New York and, upon conviction thereof, violators
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50.
