The Town Board of the Town of Rhinebeck hereby adopts the annexed Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP).[1]

The Town Board deems the adoption of the annexed Local Waterfront Revitalization Program to comprehensively supersede the LWRP adopted by the Town Board in February 1989.
The Town Board requests that the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS), acting through the NYSDOS Coastal Management Program, approve and incorporate the Town's adopted LWRP as part of the New York State Coastal Management Program.
