The Town Board of the Town of Hague hereby adopts the M/WBE Policy Statement,
attached hereto as Schedule A,[1] as its policy statement.

The Town Board of the Town of Hague hereby adopts the M/WBE Work Plan,
attached hereto as Schedule B,[1] as its work plan.

The Town Board of the Town of Hague hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor
to execute any and all documents necessary to establish and implement the
Affirmative Action Plan of the Town of Hague and designates said Supervisor
as the M/WBE Project Officer.
