Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided
for the repeal of Chapter XI of the Revised General Ordinances of
the Township of Hillside, 1971, adopted 12-21-1971, as amended through
Ord. No. O-02-035, adopted 9-10-2002. As this ordinance is still pending
Department of Transportation approval, historical information was
retained to assist the Township and DOT in this process. Where no
historical information is indicated, the legislation was derived from
the former 1971 Code and its supplements.
