As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS
Any material which is composed predominantly of any of the
following hydrocarbons or mixtures of them: propane, propylene, butane
(normal butane or isobutane) and butylenes.
A permit shall be obtained for each installation
of liquefied petroleum gas irrespective of size of containers. Prior
to making such an installation, an installer shall submit plans to
the Chief of the Fire Department, Fire Marshal, or a deputy of either,
and if compliance with the requirements of this Part 1 is shown by
said plans, a permit shall be issued.
