Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(1)f, the lanes described in Schedule XV (§ 199-39) attached to and made part of this Part 1 are hereby designated as bicycle lanes. The appropriate traffic signs shall be installed as provided therein.
