Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-4, the ordinances of the Township of Pohatcong of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Township Committee (now Township Council) of the Township of Pohatcong and the Board of Health of the Township of Pohatcong on February 6, 1973, as renumbered, codified and consolidated into chapters and sections by General Code Publishers Corp., to consist of Chapters 1 through 310, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of the Township of Pohatcong," hereinafter known and referred to as the "Code."
