[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rouses
Point 11-10-1986 by L.L. No. 2-1986. (This local law also repealed former
Ch. 64, Electrical System, Municipal, adopted 7-3-1961. This local law was
originally designated as L.L. No. 3-1986, but was changed upon filing with
the state.) Amendments noted where applicable]
The Village of Rouses Point is hereby empowered to administer the municipal
electric system of said Village.
The Board of Trustees shall, by resolution, have the power to enact
such rules and regulations as the Board deems appropriate for the administration
of such municipal electric system and may from time to time, as deemed appropriate,
amend, supplement or repeal any such rules and regulations by resolution.
