This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Haddon Township
Public Works Cooperative Pricing Ordinance."
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the proper township
officials are authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with
the Borough of Haddonfield and the Borough of Haddon Heights for the purchase
of materials and services for resurfacing, reconstruction, concrete replacement
and related items for municipal streets, parking lots and other public areas.
The Borough of Haddonfield, when entering into contracts on behalf of
the Township of Haddon and the Borough of Haddon Heights shall be responsible
as the "lead agency" for complying with the provisions of the Local Public
Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all other provisions of the
Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
