The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4
of the Township of Haddon is hereby reinstated and continued in office, and
said Board of Fire Commissioners in the districts aforesaid shall continue
to function and operate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:151-1 et seq.[1] in the same manner in which Boards of Fire Commissioners were
constituted and functioned prior to the adoption of the commission form of
government by the Township of Haddon. All its acts from the date of adoption
of the commission form of government are hereby ratified and confirmed.
