The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 267-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 267-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon New Jersey State Highway Route 10, within the boundaries of the Township of Hanover, along the eastbound side, between the Hanover Township/Parsippany-Troy Hills corporate line and the Hanover Township/East Hanover corporate line, for the purpose of making a delivery to any commercial property.
B. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon New Jersey State Highway Route 10, within the boundaries of the Township of Hanover, along the westbound side, between the Hanover Township/East Hanover Township corporate line and the Hanover Township/Parsippany-Troy Hills corporate line, for the purpose of making a delivery to any commercial property.
C. 
The acceptance of a delivery from any vehicle stopped or standing upon New Jersey State Highway Route 10 in violation of Subsection A or B, above, by the owner, tenant, or occupant of any commercial property located within the Township of Hanover shall be prohibited.

This article shall be enforced by the Police Department.
No owner or operator shall park or permit to be parked any motor vehicle on any street in the Township of Hanover between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing time. Except however, that the Chief of Police or his designee may grant permission to a resident for the overnight parking of vehicles due to an emergent situation.

Notwithstanding the penalties prescribed under § 267-3 of Article I of Chapter 267 of the Code of the Township, any person convicted of violating the all night parking restriction regulation described in § 267-19 shall be required to pay a forty-seven-dollar fine for each and every violation.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 267-45) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 267-46) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVII (§ 267-47) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVIII (§ 267-48), except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
A. 
Any person who has not been designated as physically handicapped pursuant to P.L. 1977, c. 202 (N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5) is hereby specifically prohibited from parking in any space on either public or private property which has been appropriately marked for vehicles for the physically handicapped.
B. 
Penalties. Any person or vehicle parking in a parking space being designated as restricted for use by persons who have been issued special vehicle handicapped identification placards by the Division of Motor Vehicles pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-204 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5 and the Federal Uniform System for Handicapped Parking, and said person has not been issued such placard, shall be subject to a penalty of $100 for the first offense, and for subsequent offenses, a fine of at least $100 and up to 90 days of community service on each subsequent violation.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 267-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 267-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 267-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
