It shall be unlawful for any owner of any lot or tract of land situated within the Township to permit or maintain on any such lot or tract of land any brush; weeds; dead or dying trees; stumps; roots; obnoxious growth; filth; garbage, trash or debris injurious to the public health, safety or general welfare or where the same shall tend to create a fire hazard; or grass of such a height that it is unsightly, obstructs vision or harbors mosquitoes or other noxious insects. If it becomes necessary for Township employees to cut and remove or
otherwise destroy such brush, weeds, dead or dying trees, stumps, roots, obnoxious
growth, filth, garbage, trash and debris as directed by this section, the
minimum charge per man-hour shall be $25 for labor. Equipment costs may be
added to this hourly rate.
The Township Manager is hereby authorized to remove weeds, brush and obnoxious growth from properties and to enforce this section pursuant to the procedures in Chapter
1, Article
IV.
