There is hereby created within the Township of Mount Holly a zone district to be known as the "Redevelopment Plan (RP) District."
The aforementioned Redevelopment Plan (RP) District shall be utilized in connection with a properly approved redevelopment plan enacted and adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55C-1 et seq.[1]

All areas within the Township of Mount Holly contained within a redevelopment plan which has been properly adopted pursuant to procedures in N.J.S.A. 40:55C-17 and 40:55C-18 are hereby incorporated within a Redevelopment Plan (RP) District. When from time to time additional areas shall be incorporated within a redevelopment, the Planning Board and the Township Council of the Township of Mount Holly, in conformity with the requirements with N.J.S.A. 40:55C-34 and 40:55C-35, may amend the provisions of this article to include additional property which has been made the subject of a redevelopment plan.
Within a Redevelopment Plan (RP) District, the use and bulk requirements which shall be allowed shall be in conformity with those established by the Township Council of the Township of Mount Holly within the ordinance adopted by the Township Council to approve the redevelopment plan.
