Any funeral homes, laboratories or chemical processing and dye plants
establishment having piped Town water supply shall have installed a vacuum
one-way gate valve or any method or device approved by the Plumbing Inspector.
The vacuum gate valve or such approved device shall be installed by
a licensed or registered plumber with the installation on the inlet pipe beyond
the meter.
Final inspection of the approved vacuum gate valve or such approved
device shall be made by the Franklin Plumbing Inspector.
