As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
BOAT
Any vessel which is intended for use in supporting man on
water.
CONSTRUCTION TRAILER
Any vehicle used or intended to be used as an administrative
office or for the storage of small tools, necessary construction materials
and other equipment needed at a site where permitted construction
is in progress. The trailer cannot be used as a sales office or for
similar business purposes nor as a temporary residential site for
construction workers. It shall be permitted to have an approved electrical
utility connection if required for lighting.

TEMPORARY STORAGE CONTAINER
A container designed for the outdoor storage of any property,
including personal property for temporary use, delivered and removed
by vehicle.

TRAILER or CAMP
Any vehicle used or intended to be used as a conveyance upon
the public streets or highways, whether or not licensed as such, and
shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles as designed,
constructed, reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in
such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling or
sleeping place for one or more persons and having no foundation other
than wheels, jacks or blocks.

A. Violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
III, General Penalty.
B. Each day that a trailer, camp car, boat or temporary
storage container is parked in the Borough of Saddle River in violation
of the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate
and distinct violation of such chapter.
