No person shall playfully, recklessly or willfully
discharge any gun, pistol or other firearm or any BB gun or other
weapon operated by spring propulsion or by compressed air propulsion
within the limits of the Borough of Heidelberg.

Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of
not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution or, upon default in
payment of the fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail
for a period not to exceed 30 days.
