The Village Board may hereafter authorize the construction of a swimming pool and related facilities on Hillside Property, which is now owned by the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson.

The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson is hereby authorized to impose rules and collect charges for the use of the swimming pool and related facilities, all in accordance with the fees and rules to be determined by the Village Board by resolution and set in the fee schedule,[1] which may be amended from time to time at the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission.

Any moneys received as a result of the charges shall be used only for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the swimming pool and related facilities, including reserves and the payment of principal and interest on bonds and other obligations authorized for the construction, maintenance or reconstruction thereof.

The Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby empowered to permit guest privileges for use of the pool facility. The number of guests, their qualifications, and the times of admittance to and use of the pool shall be set by the Parks and Recreation Commission on an annual basis for each season. The charge for each guest shall be determined by the Village Board by resolution and set in the fee schedule.
