[Added 9-11-2008 by L.L. No. 7-2008]
No portable toilet facility may be placed in
the front yard. The position for placement of the portable toilet
facility on a lot with two front yards shall be the yard facing the
rear portion of the house. Village codes affecting accessory structures

building or structure so as to endanger life or property, he shall
cause the necessary work to be done to render said building or structure,
or part thereof, temporarily safe, whether the procedure prescribed
in this Article has been instituted or not.
When a building or structure is in an unsafe
condition so that life is endangered thereby, the Building Inspector
may order and require the inmates and occupants to vacate the same
forthwith. He may, if he deems it necessary for the public safety,
temporarily close sidewalks, streets, buildings, structures and places
adjacent to such building or structures and prohibit the same from
being used.
For the purpose of this Article, the Building
Inspector is hereby authorized to employ such laborers and materials
as may be necessary.
The Village Attorney shall institute appropriate
actions against the owner of premises where the unsafe building or
structure was located for the recovery of the expenses incurred by
the Building Inspector or by the Village in the performance of such
emergency work.
