There shall be one full-size parking space for
each 200 feet of building area.
There shall be noise barriers, buffers and screens
surrounding and around all trash cans, dumpsters and at the property
line of any property which abuts a residential parcel.
That portion of the Zoning Map attached hereto
and made a part hereof, designated as "Addendum A" marked "District IP," presently designated on the Tax
Maps of the Borough of Paulsboro as Block 124, Lots 2 and 10, amends
the Zoning Map to the extent of the boundaries of the districts outlined
therein and shall be rezoned from R-2 Residential to IP Industrial
Park.
This ordinance shall become effective upon final
adoption and publication according to law.
