There is hereby created the office of Deputy
Building Inspector.
It shall be the duty of the Deputy Building
Inspector to perform the duties of Building Inspector during the absence
of the Building Inspector from the Borough of Rutherford and during
such other periods of time when the Building Inspector is unable to
perform his duties.
For the above services the Deputy Building Inspector
shall receive such remuneration as the Mayor and Council may from
time to time adopt by ordinance.[1]
This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon publication according to law.
