If any article, section, paragraph, clause or provision of this chapter
shall be adjudged invalid, such ajudication shall apply only to that article,
section, paragraph, clause or provision so adjudged, and the remainder of
this chapter shall be deemed valid and effective.
If, before final approval has been obtained on any subdivision or site
plan application, any person transfers or sells, as owner or agent, any land
which forms a part of a subdivision under which the Planning Board or Board
of Adjustment is required to act, such persons shall be subject to a fine
not to exceed $200 or to imprisonment for not more than 30 days, and each
parcel, plot or lot so disposed of shall be deemed a separate violation.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication
according to law.
