The four-way stop intersection of Oak Shade
Road and Indian Mills Road is designated as the approved intersection
for the solicitation of charitable contributions.

Any charitable organization intending to solicit contributions
on a public roadway in Shamong Township must:
A.
Request permission from the Township Committee, which permission
may be granted by motion of the Township Committee;
B.
Provide proof of insurance naming the Township of Shamong as an additional
insured;
C.
Execute a hold harmless agreement in favor of the Township of Shamong
on a form to be established by the Township Administrator and kept
on file with the Township Clerk; and
D.
Abide by the restrictions and regulations of this article.

Any person, firm, corporation, association or legal party whatsoever who or which shall violate, or authorize or procure a violation, or cause to be violated, any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, § 1-15, governing general penalty provisions.
