The schedules, appendixes, checklists and forms contained in
this article shall be and are hereby made part of this chapter and
are incorporated as provisions of the text to which they correspond.
The maps, materials, documents, data, studies and other information
described in the development checklists and forms contained herein
are intended to provide the Board with sufficient information and
data to assure compliance with this chapter and all specifications
contained herein, and to insure that the proposed development meets
the design and improvement standards contained in this chapter. The
specification of documents to be submitted is based on the type of
development and particular stage of development application. At the
request of the applicant, one or more of the submission requirements
may be waived, in which event the Board or its authorized committee
shall grant or deny the request within 45 days. Nothing herein shall
be construed as diminishing the applicant's obligation to prove in
the application process that he is entitled to approval of the application.
