The policy attached hereto and made a part hereof and titled
"Change Work Order Policy for Construction, Reconstruction and Major
Repairs Contracts and for Materials, Supplies and Equipment Which
Are Part of Construction Contracts" is hereby adopted by the Township
Council of Vernon, New Jersey.[1]
