Township of Vernon, NJ Article IX Review of Plans by Sussex County Soil Conservation District

§ 478-14 Referral to Sussex County Soil Conservation District; fees.

A. All soil erosion and sediment control plans and applications submitted pursuant to this chapter to any municipal board in connection with an application for development shall be referred by said board to the Sussex County Soil Conservation District for its review, recommendation, and certification in accordance with the Standards for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Public Laws of 1975.[1]

B. All fees charged by the Sussex County Soil Conservation District for its services in connection with the review and certification of any plans shall be paid by the applicant directly to the Sussex County Soil Conservation District.
