The Wilson-Avona Active Firemen's Relief Association of the Borough of Wilson, County of Northampton and State of Pennsylvania, is hereby constituted and recognized by the Borough Council of the said Borough of Wilson as the relief fund association for the receipt of the payments from time to time from the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania of the two-per-centum tax paid on premiums by foreign fire insurance companies under the provisions of the Act of July 5, 1947, P.L. 1240.[1]
