A.
Refuse receptacles shall be placed for collection
at the curb in front, at the side or in the rear of the property,
as determined by the superintendent of operations, and shall be removed
promptly after collection.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to place any garbage,
ashes or rubbish out for collection more than 24 hours prior to the
designated collection period.
