The sale, dispensation or consumption by individuals of alcoholic liquor
in places operating under hotel permits, restaurant permits and club permits
shall be permitted on Sundays from 12:00 noon to 1:00 am. on Mondays.[1]

Editor's Note: As originally adopted, this ordinance
authorized the sale of alcoholic beverages until 9:00 p.m. on Sundays. The
words "9:00 p.m." have been changed to "1:00 a.m. on Mondays" in accordance
with Section 30-91a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
