The Town Manager shall assign to each building or any part of a building or to each lot or any part of a lot fronting upon any existing or new street within the Town limits a number by which it shall be known and may, thereafter, if it is deemed necessary, alter said numbers and renumber such houses, parts of houses, lots and parts of lots.
The Town Manager shall also cause to be erected legible sign or signs identifying each existing or new street within said Town limits.
The Town Manager shall notify the owners of all buildings, or parts of buildings, in writing, of the numbers assigned, and the owners shall affix or post such numbers in such a manner that they are easily visible from the street or highway within 30 days after sending such notice.
The Town Manager shall have the power to delegate the duties hereunder to any official, agent, department, agency or office of said Town.
