Town of Tolland, CT Article II Alternate Members

§ 40-3 Appointment; terms.

The Town Council of the Town of Tolland shall appoint two alternates to the Planning and Zoning Commission for terms of two years.

§ 40-4 Powers and duties.

When seated, the alternates shall have all the power and duties of the regular members of the Board.

§ 40-5 Politics parties.

The alternates for the Board shall not be from the same political party.

§ 40-6 Effect on current alternates.

Nothing herein shall affect the terms of the current alternates to this Board.
