The Town Council of the Town of Tolland shall appoint two alternates
to the Zoning Board of Appeals for terms of two years.
When seated, the alternates shall have all the power and duties of the
regular member of the Board.
The alternates for the Board shall not be from the same political party.
Nothing herein shall affect the terms of the current alternates to this
Board.
