§ 254-1 Covering required.

Any person owning land in the Town within which there is located a well, cesspool or an excavation, which such owner does not use for a consecutive period of 30 days, shall, at the expiration of such period, cover such well or cesspool with a cover so constructed as to bear a live load of 1,000 pounds and so as not to be removable by children.
