The Town Board of the Town of Gates does hereby approve the Intermunicipal
Emergency Mutual Aid Agreement and shall participate as a party to the agreement
and amendments approved by this Board.
The Gates Town Highway Superintendent is authorized and directed to
execute the Intermunicipal Emergency Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf of the
Town of Gates.
The Gates Town Highway Superintendent, or his/her designee, is hereby
appointed to serve as the Review Committee representative for the Town of
Gates.
The Town Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this article
to the Monroe County Highway Superintendent.
