Thirty miles per hour is hereby established
as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the boundaries
of the Town of Gates on all town highways.

The following is hereby established as the maximum
speeds at which vehicles may proceed within the boundaries of the
Town of Gates on all county highways:

All presently located signs posting speed limits
on town and county highways established by the State Traffic Commission
prior to January 1, 1964, shall be retained where located except for
the deletion of that portion of the sign bearing the name "State Traffic
Commission."
