A.
Except as provided in Subdivision (g) of § 1180
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, whenever maximum speed limits, other
than school speed limits, have been established as authorized in §§ 1620,
1622, 1623, 1627, 1630, 1643, 1644, 1652, 1662-a, 1663 and 1670 of
the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no person shall drive in excess of such
maximum speed limits at any time.
B.
Except as provided in Subdivision (g) of § 1180
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, whenever maximum speed limits, other
than school speed limits, have been established with respect to any
restricted highway as authorized in § 1625, no person shall
drive in excess of such maximum speed limits at any time.
