Right turn on red prohibited. No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop) indication at any of the locations described in Schedule XVI (§ 694-45), attached hereto and made a part hereof, whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal.
