[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Lowville 7-17-1979 by L.L. No. 5-1979. Amendments noted where

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Lowville
shall fix, from time to time, the salaries of all officers and employees
of the Village. The Board of Trustees shall not fix the salaries of
the Mayor or Board of Trustees at an amount in excess of the amount
respectively established and set forth in a schedule of wages set
forth in the tentative budget.
