The use of snowmobiles on sidewalks is prohibited throughout the Village
of Lowville.
Any person operating a snowmobile on any sidewalk within the Village
of Lowville shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed
$250 and/or 15 days in jail.
