The discovery application processing fee be
and the same is hereby set at $25 per document, regardless of the
volume of pages therein, as reimbursement to the City for producing
the work product, i.e., the discovery document.
All individuals designated as "indigent" by
the Municipal Court shall not have to pay the discovery application
processing fee.
The fiscal procedures for handling of said financial
transaction shall be established by the Chief Financial Officer of
the City of Vineland to assure appropriate documentation for auditing
purposes.
A certified copy of this article shall be filed
with the Municipal Court and Prosecutor, with the Municipal Court
Judge and with the Vineland Police Department.
