The following order of business is adopted:
B. Reading of minutes of previous meeting or meetings and
their approval.
C. Receipt of communications.
D. Privilege of floor extended to citizens.
E. Reports of officers in the following order of precedence:
F. Reports of Boards and Commissions, such as Zoning, Planning,
Recreation and Board of Health.

Reports of Committees in the following order of precedence:
(5) Law and Ordinance Committee.
(7) Administration Committee.
J. Privilege of the floor extended to citizens.
Except as otherwise provided by law, any ordinance may be passed in
the form and manner now required by law, upon a single reading, at any regular
or special meeting of the Council, provided that such special meeting is called
for that purpose, any existing bylaw or rule to the contrary notwithstanding.
Robert's Rules of Order, Revised, shall be adopted as the parliamentary
procedure for the conduct of the business of the Borough Council. The President
of the Council may suspend the Rules of Order and ask for input from the public
at his discretion.
