The Council of the Borough of Marcus Hook does hereby approve, adopt
and place into immediate effect the Emergency Operations Plan of the Borough
of Marcus Hook, the original of which shall be kept at the Municipal Building
and copies thereof placed in the Police Department and Library. The plan shall
be revised on an annual basis to make certain it conforms to the requirements
of the Delaware County Emergency Operations Plan.
