A.
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule 1 (§ 184-22), attached to and made part of this chapter.
B.
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions
of an Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle
1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform
to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by
the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
A.
The speed limit for both direction of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule 2 (§ 184-23), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
B.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect
the above-designated speed limits.
The intersections described in Schedule 3A (§ 184-24.1), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided herein.
The intersections described in Schedule 4 (§ 184-25), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided herein.
No passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule 5 (§ 184-26), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch dated and numbered as indicated.

Trucks in excess of the gross weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule 6 (§ 184-27), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
