GENERAL REFERENCES

It is hereby made unlawful to sell obscene material anywhere
in the Borough of High Bridge, whether to a person under the age of
18 years or of the age of 18 years or older.
For the purposes of this chapter, "obscene material" shall be
defined as set forth in N.J.S.A. 2C:34-2a for persons 18 years or
older and N.J.S.A. 2C:34-3a for persons under the age of 18 years,
and the grading of the offense shall be as set forth in N.J.S.A. 2C:34-2b
and 2C:34-3b and c, respectively.
