[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Township
of Delaware by Ord. No. 1984-19 (Sec. BH:1-4 of the 1992 Board of Health Code). Amendments

The Hunterdon County Health Director is hereby designated as
the Health Officer of the Township, to be its general agent to assist
in the enforcement of the Township's health ordinances and such
other laws which are the responsibility and enforcement of the Delaware
Township Board of Health.
The duties and responsibilities of the Hunterdon County Health
Director and the payment for services are more fully set forth in
a certain agreement entered into between the County of Hunterdon and
the Township dated December 3, 1984, a copy of which agreement is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if the same were set forth
here at length.[1]
