No person shall be or remain upon any sidewalk or doorway, stairs,
public passageway to any church or public hall or office or upon any
step, portico or other projections from any house or other buildings
to the obstruction of any persons lawfully entitled to pass, inhabit
or resort thereto, and no person shall sit or be upon any wall, fence,
railing, bank or doorstep facing upon any public way or public place,
not being the owner or occupant of the premises, after being requested
by the owner or occupant of the premises to remove therefrom.
