These rules and regulations may be amended, revised or repealed
from time to time by a majority vote of the Board, provided that such
amendment, revision or repeal shall be presented in writing at a regular
meeting of the Board and action taken thereon at a subsequent regular
meeting. Any such amendment, revision or repeal shall become effective
upon filing in the office of the Town Clerk.
