Pursuant to § 209-m, Subdivision 3, of the General Municipal Law, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Medina, New York, does hereby delegate to the Chief of Police of the Village of Medina Police Department the power to request police assistance from the chief executive officer of any other local government and the power to grant police assistance to any other local government upon the request of the chief executive officer of such local government or the official of such local government to whom the power to make such request has been delegated.
